Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

Develop a Digital Archiving of Files of Plot(s)/Flat(s) of Lalmatia and Mohammadpur Housing Estate under National Housing Authority (NHA) and publish it to the website for public accessibility.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by the Company:

Developing both web application and desktop application for the above project and main features of these applications are as follows:

Web application:

·         Map preparation and management of spatial data of housing estates.

·         Dynamic and interactive web map for housing estates which enables the user to extract information by click or search.

·         Viewing and editing detailed profile of plot/flat owners and its managements

·         Viewing and printing reports according to plot/flat owners profile.

·         Data entry and update (Including maps and photos).

·         Both Bangla (Unicode) and English supported.

·         Payment management of mortgaged plots/flats.

·         Ownership management of plots/flats.

·         Integration of database with relevant maps along with other detail purchasing information.

Desktop application:

·         Map preparation and management of spatial data of housing estates.

·         Dynamic and interactive desktop application which enables the user to extract information by click or search.

·         Viewing and editing detailed profile of plot/flat owners.

·         Viewing and printing reports according to plot/flat owners profile.

·         Data entry and update (Including maps and photos).

·         Both Bangla (Unicode) and English supported.

·         Payment management of mortgaged plots/flats.

·         Ownership management of plots/flats.

·         Integration of database with relevant maps.

·         More user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface) and easy to operate

For the above mentioned task the following tasks were conducted:

1.     Conduct topographic survey of the whole project area to verify the map resources with regard to the existing infrastructure and resources.

2.     GPS survey and analysis of topographic data.

3.     Map digitizing and geo referencing.

4.     Prepare base map and location map

5.     Develop software module for detailed land parcel information system of NHA which will also support data conversion, preparation and entry of mutation case summary

6.     Publish the geo-referenced work (both map and database) for general people’s accessibility

7.     Sustainable detailed site and area plan including

·         Overall Layout Plan of  concerned project areas of NHA

·         Layout Plan of  Sewerage and Drainage Network

·         Layout Plan of  Direction of Sewerage Flow

·         Road Network Plan

·         Block Wise Layout Plan

·         Layout Showing Plot Dimension, Design and Layout Plan of Civic Facilities
