Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

Local Government Engineering Department launched SSWRDSP-2 to enlighten the process applied in first phase, named SSWRDSP-1. Maximum participation of the stakeholders should be assured and this can be the first task. Definition of present use of existing water resources is necessary. Vast participation can extract a fruitful proposal from the stakeholders. At next relevant data & documents i.e. maps reports are collected to brief the PRA team. Most important to conduct preliminary social investigation & inventory of water resources & facilitate self-analysis by the target people i.e. stakeholders. Overall conclusions come out with the PRA findings. Continuos supervision & monitoring for PRA activity is necessary to determine the correct & reliable information. Regular review meeting & proper action against poor performance are another measure for the quality information.
