Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

Detail site and area plan of the project along with digital database preparation. The ultimate goal of the project was to prepare a land parcel information system for effective management and maintenance of the project site.  The plan consists of residential zone, water supply and sewerage network, road network, drainage network system, plot division, school, play ground, water body, intersection of road network, main shopping centres. Recreational places etc.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by the Company:

1.     Financial, Technical and Environmental Feasibility study and Detail Topographic Survey of the whole project area.

2.     GPS survey and analysis of topographic data along with Geo referencing of the site and prepare base and location map.

3.     Area Demarcation and Cost Estimation of Bhulua Royal City for Sustainable detail site and area plan including Layout Plan of  Sewerage and Drainage Network, Layout Plan of  Direction of Sewerage Flow, Road Network Plan, Block Wise Layout Plan, Layout Plan of Bhulua Royal City Showing Extended Area, Layout Plan of Foot Path & Road Divider, Layout Showing Plot Dimension, Design and Layout Plan of Civic Facilities, Landscape Design for Beautification & Lakeside Development and 3D Model of the Site.

4.     Develop Infrastructure and Institutional Framework to Implement the Project Activities.

5.     Supply of Digital Copies of all Maps, Database, Plans and Reports for future development of the site and to be familiar of the land for its accountability to the authourity as well as the land owners.
